Re: Travel to Canada for Race Camp

We, Tim and Tammy Ligety, authorize our son, Ted Ligety, to travel to Canada for the purpose of attending a ski racing camp. Travel will be to Banff, Alberta on November 20th with a return to the USA on November 29th. Ted will be traveling in the custody of Mr. John Chaperone the entire time in Canada.
